At Walton Park, we have genuine desire to provide each and every resident with the best person-centred care. Every resident is an individual, so attention to every detail is central in ensuring their happiness and give them tailored care provision.
We want your loved one to lead a fulfilling and enjoyable life. Our close-knit staff teams provide a resident-orientated, needs-led service. This means every resident has an individual care plan, tailored specifically to meet their preferences and needs. Each care plans is frequently re-evaluated, to enable your loved one to lead a fulfilling and enjoyable life, giving you peace of mind.
We recognise that pastimes, outings into the community and the widest range of activities are vitally stimulating. We have two Lifestyle Co-ordinators, who usually cover seven days of each week, ensuring there is always something tailored to resident’s preferences, whether a trip to the library, local garden centre, individual one-to-one pastimes, a manicure or a crossword.
Walton Park boasts a smart purpose-built property with excellent rooms that residents can feel at home in. Walton Park has spacious communal areas and is set within beautiful landscaped gardens, with a sizeable allotment area that is enjoyed greatly by the residents.
There are 35 well proportioned, single, en-suite bedrooms, that provide residential care or care for those living with dementia. Rooms include flat screen TVs and telephone points and a 24 hour Nurse Call system to bedrooms with specialist auxiliary functions for pressure mats.
For many people mealtimes are one of the highlights of the day. Our team of catering staff offer a nutritious and tastefully catered meal, service. Everyone is offered a choice of meals, even the option of a cooked breakfast for those mornings when you are a little more peckish.
Our staff are trained to assist all residents to understand the choices with sample presentations plates shown. Particular allergies or nutritional requirements are co-ordinated with our care planning system.
